- Ship real thingsEvery user-facing surface calls real logic or it doesn't exist. No dead buttons, no fake “confirmed” states, no demo theater — sandbox and preview modes are labeled as exactly that.
- Safety outranks engagementThis product lives in moving cars. Safety filters are non-overridable and run before any commercial consideration — and no metric, deadline or merchant dollar changes that ordering.
- Earn the merchant's trustOwners pay for outcomes, not impressions, and nothing publishes to their storefront without their explicit approval. We build like people's livelihoods depend on it, because they do.
- Explain your workOur recommendations must answer why now, why here, why this, why me — and so must our decisions. If you can't explain it simply, it isn't done.
